You will be required to fill in a short form listing your information. The form will be sent to you by our call centre.
In most cases, it takes no more than one working day.
We provide a "Please call me" function on our latest devices. By simply activating the "Please call me" facility on the device, a service request is e-mailed to the Kazang Support Desk with all the relevant customer details and a ticket created. An agent will respond to these requests within an hour during business hours.
