Kazang has been taking prepaid telecomms services to communities for more than a decade and pride ourselves in our ability to deliver world class solutions and services. We have listened to our customers over the years and incorporated unique features such as the “Please call me” function on our latest devices. By simply activating the “Please call me” facility on the device, a service request is e-mailed to the Kazang Support Desk with all the relevant customer details and a ticket created. An agent will respond to these requests within an hour during business hours. Alternatively, support requests can be logged in the following ways:
