We have 2 options for traditional point-of-sale terminals – a desktop or portable machine, both ideally suited to any store. ZipZap mobile POS is for anyone who runs a business on-the-move such as locksmiths, plumbers, technicians, fitness instructors, deliverymen and those who frequently attend markets or conventions.
A card machine means that you can accept card payments for your goods and/or services. This gives more payment choices to your customers and helps secure sales.

You need to apply as a merchant by completing the online application form and a sales consultant will contact you.
You will require bank account information and verification, formal identification and copies of all relevant company documents.
We settle credit and debit card transactions into any South African business bank account.
We usually take 1 week to deliver and install your card machine once the contract has been approved.
Monthly statements are provided containing all the essential information. Alternatively, you can login into our online merchant portal at any time to view all transactions.
A technician will deliver and install your card machine for you and will provide you with a welcome pack that contains all the information you need. ZipZap mobile POS devices are delivered by courier along a welcome pack and user guide. You can call our dedicated Customer Support Centre (0861 00 44 44) from 7am- 5pm on weekdays, 7am-4pm on Saturdays and 7am- 2pm on Sundays/public holidays. We have a national network of highly trained service technicians who can provide support for any technical or security issues.
