Simply apply online by emailing sales@atmsolutions.co.za or call any one of our regional offices listed on our website.
You will require bank account information and verification, formal identification and copies of company documents.
We usually take 4 to 6 weeks to install an ATM once the contract has been signed.
We will install the ATM at no cost to you and we will provide free technical support, spare parts and receipt paper. We will also ensure your ATM has clear and visible bank branded signage.
Monthly electronic ATM statements are provided containing all the essential information concerning your ATM as well as tips to increase transactions on your ATM.
A dedicated Client Relations Executive (CRE) will be appointed to you. At our first courtesy visit we’ll hand you a welcome pack that contains all the information you need. You can also call our dedicated Customer Support Centre (0861 00 44 44) from 7am- 5pm on weekdays, 7am-4pm on Saturdays and 7am- 2pm on Sundays/public holidays.
